AQUA PROMO CONSUMER DRAW PROGRAM
"GEBYAR 10 MILYAR"   

 

This AQUA Promo Cardboard Draw “GEBYAR 10 MILYAR” (“Program”) is held by PT Tirta Investama, located in Jakarta, as the producer of bottled mineral water (“AQUA”) and the organizing agency PT Missi Idea Selaras, located in Jakarta Pusat (“Red Box”) (AQUA and Red Box collectively referred to as "Organizers").

This program is a free draw promo with direct prizes for AQUA consumers / traders by buying as many AQUA products as 600ml and / or 1500ml cardboard packaging as possible and those who are lucky will get a scratch-off coupon for a chance to win a prize under the following terms and conditions. 

Participants in this Program are required to read, understand, and comply with the terms and conditions described below, including any changes made by the Organizer from time to time. (“Terms and Conditions”).

Program Periods :

July 20, 2020 –November 30, 2020

Program Prizes :

The program Winners totaled 681,955 winners have the opportunity to receive the following prizes (“Prize”) :

  • 10 units of Mitsubishi Xpander On The Road 2020 for 10 winners
  • 100 units of Yamaha NMax motorbikes On The Road 2020 for 100 winners
  • IDR 5,000,000 cash for 75 winners
  • IDR 2,000,000 cash for 115 winners
  • IDR 1,000,000 cash for 200 winners
  • IDR 100,000 cash for 1,000 winners
  • IDR 50,000 cash for 2,500 winners
  • IDR 20,000 cash for 5,000 winners
  • IDR 10,000 cash for 25,000 winners
  • IDR 5,000 cash for 647,955 winners

 

Requirements for Participants to join the Program :

Participants of this Program must meet the following requirements (“Participants”) :

  1.     Indonesian citizen.
  2.   At least 17 years old (must be proven by a valid identity card or passport or other identifiers). If you are under 17 years of age and wish to register as a Participant, you must obtain written permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in this Program, including carrying out the entire series of activities in this Program.
  3.   Are not employees and family members of employees of PT Tirta Investama and / or their affiliates, agencies, suppliers and / or vendors associated with the implementation of this Program.
  4.   Are not owners and employees of a quick-service restaurant (QSR), premium dining, and modern trade channels such as minimarkets, supermarkets, and / or hypermarkets.
  5.   Meet all requirements in these Terms and Conditions.

Program Procedure :

  1. Participants take part in this program by buying AQUA Carton packaging 24 x 600ml or 12 X 1500ml promo editions “GEBYAR 10 MILYAR” (“Product”).
  2. The lucky Participants will find a coupon with a scratch-off sticker in the product carton.
  3. Rub the sticker in the designated area to find the type of prize and unique code in the sticker along with the prizes won.
  4. Call the number listed on the coupon to validate the unique code found on the sticker.
  5. The deadline for claiming prizes is until November 30, 2020.
  6. The unique code that is incorrect or claimed by the Participant after the end of the Program period will automatically be canceled and will not be valid for prize redemption.
  7. This program allows multiple draws.
  8. This program applies throughout Indonesia.

Terms of Winner : 

  1. The winner of the prize program in the form of cash ≤ IDR 1,000,000 can immediately exchange a gift coupon with a scratch sticker containing a unique code that is attached with a piece of AQUA cardboard to the outlet that has been selected. Cash winners must provide proof of sticker rubbing to the selected outlet as well as data in the form of a name, shop name, and ID number for tax payments.
  2. Prize program winners in the form of cash> 1,000,000, motorbike, or car can call the number listed on the coupon and follow the instructions requested by the call center to be able to redeem the prize. Coupons bearing the prize code MUST be kept by the Winner to be validated. Prizes can be claimed if the gift certificate is deemed valid.
  3. AQUA is entitled to cover Program winners for publication needs, with prior notification.
  4. Participants who are selected as Program Winners (“Winners”) must comply with the following conditions:

  5. Is the lucky winner, Participants will find a gift coupon with a scratch sticker that contains a unique code and the writing of the prize won behind the carton AQUA packaging and the opportunity to get a prize according to the Terms & Conditions.
  6. Is not the lucky winner, there will be no gift certificates with scratch marks containing a unique code on the back of the package.
    • The redemption of gift certificates under this program is valid until November 30, 2020. If the coupon redemption is made past the period limit, the unique code will not be valid and cannot be exchanged.
  7. The organizer has the right to cancel the coupon winner with a unique code if the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions are not fulfilled. The organizer's decision is final and absolute and cannot be contested.
  8. Gift tax will be carried by AQUA.
  9. Prizes are non-transferable, not for sale, and / or cannot be exchanged for cash or anything, either in whole or in part.
  10. The Organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with different types of specifications with an equivalent value in case of circumstances beyond the responsibility or power of the Organizer, such as goods that become prizes are no longer produced or withdrawn on the market, and so on.
  11. Participants who become winners will be declared void as winners if they: (i) do not validate the unique code by 30 November 2020; (ii) coupons lost or winners cannot be contacted by the Organizer for verification purposes within 90 days; or (iii) cannot provide complete supporting documents during the verification process, a copy of the National Identity Card (KTP), and other related documents to meet the administrative requirements that apply according to the period given by the Organizer. In this regard, Participants hereby agree to waive their rights as winners to receive prizes and will release the Organizer from claims and / or demands for prize delivery of any kind in the future.
  12. The Organizer has the right to verify and / or check the validation of Participant data and: (i) disqualify Participants or Winners; and / or (ii) refuse or cancel the award of the Prize, if the Participant or Winner is suspected of cheating or violating these Terms and Conditions in any form. In this case, the Winner must return the prize that has been given to AQUA.

General Requirements :

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, procedure, prizes, and / or Terms and Conditions for the Program as long as the concept and value are approximately the same as currently described, without prior notification or compensation of any kind to the Participants and / or any party. In the event of a Force Majeure condition or other material considerations, the Organizer can cancel the program without the obligation to provide notification and / or compensation to any party.
  2. This program is free of charge. Tax and prize delivery costs are carried by the Organizer. If there is a party on behalf of the Operator who charges fees, rewards and / or the like to participants and / or winners, it can be ascertained that it is not true and constitutes fraud.
  3. The Organizer will not be responsible in the event of fraud and / or other criminal acts on behalf of this Program. For this reason, Participants are asked to be careful and be aware of the mode of fraud and / or other criminal acts that may be on behalf of this Program and always ensure that they are in contact with legal organizers related to the Program.
  4. Each Participant who participates in this Program guarantees that any information provided is true, precise and accurate during the Program period.
  5. By joining this Program, Participants permit AQUA and / or its affiliates to:
    • Process, store, use, publish or / or display Participant's personal data (and each Winner, among others, information on name, photo, identity number, address, telephone number) for publication and / or verification of Winners;
    • Contact participants via direct message, e-mail, telephone and / or SMS;
    • Process Participants' data from anywhere (including through databases accessed remotely from other countries);
    • Disclose Participant personal information to AQUA service providers and / or AQUA affiliates to do the above as well as to authorized parties (if required by applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia); and / or
    • Make a video recording containing videos, names, comments from Participants or Winners for publication of AQUA and / or this Program. 
  6. AQUA will not use, publish, or display the personal data of each Participant and / or Winner for advertising and publication purposes, without prior approval from Participants and / or Winners.
