  2. Pour the batter (in any shape you like) into a bowl of hot frying oil and fry until golden brown.

  • Oil.
  • Tofu.
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
  • 1 tsp sesame oil.
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic.
  • 1 tbsp minced onion.
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
  • 1 tbsp salty soy sauce.
  • ½ tsp pepper.
  • 1 tsp salt.

  • Bok choy.
  • Cauliflower.
  • Corn flour mixture.

  1. Slice the tofu diagonally and coat it with corn flour.

  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce.

  • 150 ml water.
  • 2 packs of oyster sauce.
  • 2 tbsp corn flour.

How to cook:

  1. Pour the seasoned flour into the tofu.
  2. Fry the tofu, take it out, and drain it.
  3. Heat a little bit of oil.
  4. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the ginger, red, and green chili.
  6. Add the pepper, sweet soy sauce, and water. Add the oyster sauce as well and stir well.
  7. Mix the corn flour with water, then stir it into the pan until it thickens. 
  8. Cook well.
  9. Pour the cooked teriyaki sauce onto the fried tofu.

7. Crispy Fried Eggplants

  • 2 roundly-chopped eggplants.
  • Frying oil.

  • 140 ml water.
